We signed the lease this evening. A cute 1-bedroom with hardwood floors, a shared yard, and a garage. Rent is ridiculously cheap. Walking distance to everything. Sweet landlady who said she immediately liked us when she saw us walk in the open house. Stove and fridge. Light. Adorable kitchen. Built in shelves. I could go on and on...

It doesn't feel huge and it doesn't make me nervous. It just feels...right.

This is our life together. This is where it starts.
